2017 Reagan Dinner

The Chatham County Republican Party Reagan Day Dinner Gala will be held on Saturday March 25, 2017.  

The Dinner will be at the Governors Club and will start with a VIP reception at 6PM. The General Reception will start at 6:30 PM with dinner following shortly at 7:00 PM.

General Admission for the event is $100 per person and includes a Wine Reception with hors d'oeurvres and dinner. Chatham Republican VIP Tickets and Sponsorships are also available [see below].

House Speaker Tim Moore & Senator Phil Berger will be our speakers for the event.  We will also have several other guests, and a young republican, who will talk about her experiences as a summer intern.

Details for the event are as follows:

Event Start 6:00PM VIP Reception

General Reception Start 6:30PM

Dinner Start 7:00PM

o Benefactor - Unable to attend, but would like to support us with a donation

o General Sponsor - Unable to attend but would like to support us with a donation - Name on the event Program

o Individual Ticket - $100. This includes Dinner and the reception before the event in the large dinner hall. Wine & small bites before dinner. All will have a seat assigned but only special individual seating requests requests will be honored as space permits

o Reception Sponsor - $1,000. Two tickets to the event, invitation to a private VIP Reception, Photo Opportunity with Keynote Speaker for you and your guest, recognition in event program, priority seating.

o Dinner Sponsor - $2,500. Four Tickets to the event, invitation to the private VIP Reception, Photo Opportunity with Keynote Speaker for you and your guests, special recognition in event program, and preferred seating at dinner.

o Event Speaker Sponsor - $3,000. Two Tickets to the event, invitation to the private VIP Reception, Photo Opportunity with Keynote Speaker for you and your guests, special recognition in event program, preferred seating at dinner with event keynote speaker. [2 would be available].

o VIP reception sponsors are limited to any combination of sponsors that keeps the VIP reception to 40 people. 

 

Table Requests:

Tables will seat 8. We can only guarantee requests for Table Sponsors. Individual requests will will be honored as space permits. Please identify if you have a preference for seating, and who you would like to be seated with. All guests will have a seat assigned. 

The main entree will be a Filet / Salmon Duo.  

All Reservations will be thru our website and accepted thru March 21, 2016 or until the event is full if sooner. Confirmations will be sent via email and the guest name will be on our guest list at the door. No Onsite Registration will be available
